i found the team at the front desk made sure i was given a lovely room. the room upgrade i received was highly appreciable. the housekeeping staff decorated the room well, it. the biggest strength of this resort is the team managing it.

i didn't know that my stay would be affected by a wedding. it had common areas taken over and a loud wedding band played. the pool and beach areas turned into wedding venues and became unusable by other guests. i would have appreciated prior notice.
